Yes, we offer nutritious meals and snacks prepared by our in-house chef. We cater to various dietary requirements, including allergies and cultural or religious preferences.

We follow a positive discipline approach, focusing on teaching children self-regulation, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Our educators model appropriate behaviour, set clear expectations, and consistently reinforce positive actions.

We encourage open communication and involvement from parents. You are welcome to visit your child during the day, but we ask that you inform the centre in advance to minimise disruption to the daily routine.

To maintain a healthy environment for all children and staff, we ask parents to keep their child at home if they are unwell. If a child becomes ill during the day, we will contact the parent or emergency contact to arrange pick-up as soon as possible.

We prioritise the safety and security of all children at our centre. Our facilities are equipped with secure entry systems, and we maintain strict sign-in and sign-out procedures. Our staff undergo background checks and regular training in first aid, CPR, and emergency protocols.
